At Rihaa, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted Chikankari pieces with care and in a timely manner. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 3-4 business days after receiving your payment.

• Made-to-order or custom pieces may take longer to process. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Note: During high-demand periods (sales, festive seasons, etc.), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Timeline

We currently ship all orders via DTDC, a trusted courier partner.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹10,000 (order total after any discounts or offers).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment via DTDC’s website.

If you haven’t received tracking details within 7 days of placing your order, please reach out to us.

5. Delivery Address & Contact Details

Please ensure that your shipping address and phone number are accurate and complete at checkout.

Rihaa is not responsible for:

• Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete address

• Unavailability of the recipient

• Issues caused by DTDC that are beyond our control.
