Refund policy

At RIHAA, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality Chikankari products. We understand that there may be situations where you need to exchange a product. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and exchanges. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

No Returns or Refunds

All sales at Rihaa are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than a confirmed product defect.

Exchanges for Defective Items Only

We only offer exchanges in the case of defective or damaged items. If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged upon arrival, we’re here to make it right.

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • You must report the defect within 3–7 days of receiving your order.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

  • Clear photos or a video showing the defect must be included in your exchange request, we would require clear parcel opening videos to process the exchange.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost. If the original item is out of stock, we may offer store credit or an alternative product of equal value.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at contact@rihaa.in with:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos or video clearly showing the defect

  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

Please Note:

  • We do not offer exchanges for issues caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Rihaa reserves the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet the conditions above.
